CONTINUÉ CONSUMIENTO LA MALTEADA EN EL DESAYUNO Y CASI DIARIO SUSTITUI LA CENA CON UNA PORCION DE LA MISMA. TOMABA MIS REPAIR EN AYUNAS AL IGUAL QUE DOS CÁPSULAS DE SHAPE, REPETIA LA DOSIS DE SHAPE AL MEDIO DIA, EN OCASIONES TOMABA UNA DIGEST CON LA COMIDA Y EL SUPER GREEN COMO COLACIÓN.
