Hello, my name is Jason Gillespie, I'm 24 years old from Brisbane, Australia.
I started the challenge at 88.5kgs and finished at 86.5kg. I was first introduced to Yor Health Products a week prior to starting the challenge. In such a short time I noticed less bloating a more energy. I then decided to sign up for the 8 week challenge.
My goal was to add more muscle, gain energy, reduce bloating and body fat.
Prior to starting YBB 8 week challenge I had always eaten well, or so I thought. Working split shifts from 5-11am and 3-8pm everyday as a Personal Trainer, I always needed to nap for 1-2 hours during the middle of the day to get through. After most meals I would suffer from bloating and slight acid reflux. This has always bothered me as my nutrition plan was made up of lean meats, whole grains, lots of vegetables and salad.
Before being introduced to Yor Health and their products, I had no idea how crucial alkalinity and digestive health were to feeling great internally and externally. Throughout the challenge I tried eating raw where possible, and supplementing with Digestive Ultra for cooked meals. My daily routine of Yor Health products are: 3 x YOR Essential multivitamin with Morning power shake which consists of 2 scoops YOR chocolate MRP, YOR supergreens, YOR berry blast and YOR fibre. After workouts I would have 2 scoops YOR chocolate MRP and another serve of YOR Super greens to help re-alkalize body after stress and lactic acid. Before bed was 2 x YOR Repair, 1 x YOR Probiotic, 3 x YOR Multivitamin.
I exercised 5-6 times per week, mainly focusing on resistance training. As I became more alkaline, my recovery time sped up enormously! I used to suffer muscle soreness for about 4-7 days, now it's only 1-2 days.
At the start of the challenge I did a full body fat analysis and circumference measurements. During the duration of the challenge I lost 6% body fat, lost 10.5cm from my waist and put 2cms on my chest and thighs! With a few simple changes in nutrition along with YOR Health products has made a massive change! I have never felt so energetic, bloating and reflux have gone, my workouts have become more focused, and I have not napped during the day once in the 8 weeks which has allowed me to be much more productive during the week.
I'm extremely happy with the results, as I achieved every goal set at the beginning of the challenge, plus more! I look forward to achieving more of my personal goals with the assistance of YOR Health products. All my current clients using the products have noticed amazing results too, which is so great to see!
