I did it! Another 8 weeks has come and gone, and I've learned even more about myself during the process. I exercised about 3-4 times a week, mostly with a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. Towards the end, I started following bodyrock,tv videos and I think it helped me overcome a little bit of boredom I was feeling. Not that Jillian is boring, oh no! I just felt less and less motivated to get up and do the same routine so switching it up definitely helped.
I took probiotics, digest ultra, vitamins and repair ultra pretty regularly throughout the 8 weeks. I also cut out fast food which wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be. I realized I can push my body to new limits and work even harder in order to get the results I want. One thing I need to work on is my obliques. I can't figure out how to work those sides!! Guess that's the goal for the next 8 weeks :)

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
