J'ai terminé mon Yor Best Body avec satisfaction sans toutefois avoir atteint l'objectif final. J'ai fixé un objectif très haut comme à mon habitude, par contre j'ai trouvé un bon rythme d'entraînement avec 20 à 30 minutes de cardio-training et un 1 heure d'entraînement musculaire 3 fois par semaine. Mes valeurs au test Kaliper on diminué de plus de la moitié.

J'ai bien adapté mon alimentation avec des glucides le matin et des protéines à midi et le soir. La répartition sur une journée 60% protéine, 30% glucide et 10% de graisse on été simple à appliquer. Le Yor supergreens, yor vitamine, yor sahke ainsi que les LBultra mon été d'un soutien indispensable.
Le Yor Best Body est une super source de motivation qui m'a permis de retrouver un réel plaisir à l'entraînement.
