Wow, to be honest this has been my first challenge where I've actually surpassed my goal in terms of the weight I'd love to be at. Generally looking better around the hips and waist, which is the hardest part to actually lose weight from for myself. Also what was really surprising was I increased in arm size, not a direct goal, but I'm not complaining ;)

This whole 8 weeks were amazing. I ate a plant based diet, did intermittent fasting 5 days a week, and focused on body weight workouts, mainly in my bedroom, or a park.

Regime:
I'd wake up and have a glass of water with 1 drop of the Bare lemon oil.

Then 10am I would have Berry Blast, Supergreens with fibre.

My first meal was at 12pm, which I had with 1 digest ultra (a couple bites into my meal), and then 1 Yor Vitamin when I finish

Workout at 2pm (Yor Amino Hydrate during the workout)

Second Meal at 3pm, again with 1 digest ultra and 1 vitamin.

Third and Final Meal at 7pm, with 1 digest ultra and 1 vitamin.

I exercised 4 days a week. 1 day of chest, 1 day of back, 1 day of core and 1 day of legs and cardio together.
On days that I did a workout I Diluted Bare Peppermint oil and applied it topically on the targeted muscle for tension relief and to speed up the recovery.

I'm super proud of these results, and I'm really excited for the new Vegan protein to come out soon so I can incorporate that into my regime to get some awesome gains!
