For my 8weekchallenge I purchased the sculpt set which included a variety of products to help me cut down far and turn it into lean muscle. Everyday as I took my products I felt better and better by the minute,the amount of energy and positivity delivered through these products are amazing. I believe in good health and with good health comes a great amount of lessons, ones that will help remind you just how beautiful life can be when you're on top of your health. The products influenced more structure into my life,pushing me to keep a steady workout schedule,7 days a week along with me playing semi pro football. The more I felt good the more I wanted to workout,before I knew it I found myself always thinking of working out and staying in shape. This challenge for me was life changing,it gave me a more focused perspective on my health. Prior to this challenge I struggled a lot with being consistent, now I feel as though I've defeated that battle and now in position to continue to flourish with my health.
