Joining the 8 week challenge to shred for Vegas!

At the time of joining I went through some health issues my skin eczema on my forearms they were inflamed from scratching and soon got infected and on my right upper foot.

Part of this was stress but most of it was due to heavy metal toxins in my system and Posture Correcting lower back correction nerves attached to Lumbar 5 is linked to the gut.

1.Reduce inflammation Bare Oils
10 x drops Bare Organic Oregano Essential Oil diluted with milk and poured into a large hot bathtub every night with 3x tablespoons of Epsom salts.

Eating Plan had to change - reduce red meat consumption.

First 3 weeks into the challenge
Morning breakfast
Upon awake Glass of epic filtered water with Bare Organic Lemon Essential Oils blend with fractionated coconut
1x Supergreens shake to follow
1x Choc MRP and scoop of fiber shake
My eating plan had not changed much as I had a lot of social events my inflammation on my forearm reduced but not cleared.

I knew I had to start fasting as my liver was overactive.

So I started the intermittent FASTING

Everything changed first few days I used the choc MRP then decided to find a Vegan shake (tasted terrible)

Every glass of water I added bare organic lemon and pink grapefruit!

I only ate between 12pm - 6pm
the first few days I didn't have any hunger pains but I knew I had to keep fasting as the idea of food was ruling my flesh.

Daily Routine
Morning
1x Glass Epic Filtered Water with Bare Organic Lemon Essential Oils
1x scoop Supergreens shake
1 raw vegan choc with a scoop of fiber I added 2 x drops Bare Organic essential oils of pink grapefruit or peppermint or orange

Lunch 12-6pm

Dinner sometime a shake

I lost 5 kilos my clothes are slightly loose my skin has cleared only scarring to heal and now to keep going until Vegas.
