Hello everyone my name is See. Before taking on the 8 week challenge I hated my body and they way it made me feel. I was insecure and tired all the time. I joined the 8 week challenge multiple times but this is actually the first time I finished the challenge. I am very proud of myself for taking action and taking care of my well being. It has definitely challenged me and change my mind set for the better. The products helped transformed my body. I cannot go through the day without a MRP shake or else I would super cranky and bloated. Supergreens was a must, I started to crave for its because it's that good! During my challenge one of the biggest struggle I faced was having two jobs. I worked 50 plus hours a week. Some days I worked from 8:30am-11:00 at night. During my lunch break instead of eating I go to the gym to get in my workout. It was difficult to motivate myself at time but I told myself this was better than me lying on a hospital bed with loads of hospital bills. Everyday I push myself and of course there were days I didn't want to do anything but I didn't give up. Thanks to YOR Health I am a new person inside out!
