Estoy muy contenta!!!
Logré terminar mi reto de 8 semanas y me siento genial!
Por un periodo de mi vida perdí mis hábitos por completo, me descuidé, comí de más, dejé de hacer ejercicio y eso afectó mucho mi autoestima. Me sentía sin energía, enojada por no poderme poner la ropa que me gustaba y apática en general.
Asi que un día decidí que ya era tiempo y decidí comprometerme por 8 semanas y estos son mis resultados!
Peso inicial 57 kg peso final 53 kg
Imc inical 26% Imc final 22%
Mi régimen fue:
YorRepair y YorProbiotics en ayunas
Supergreens para desayunar
30 minutos despues
YorShake de vainilla+ YorFiber o Shake de chocolate + Fiber + scoop de polvo dw Cacao
2 hrs después como algun alimento alto en proteina y vegetales.
3 hrs después mi comida principal con 2 YorEssentialVitamins y 1 YorDigestUltra
Y de snack puede ser un shake o una barra de proteina.
Hago ejercicio 4 dias a la semana minimo 2 son cardio. Y generalmente hago Crossfit o Pilates.
