Hola AMO no ver mas las 200 Libras en la bascula!
Estoy muy contenta de a ver terminado este reto de 8 semanas y fue un gran logro a ver llegado a este punto ya que a la segunda semana del reto me operaron de emergencia, y me complicó todo. Tuve visitas que me llevaban todo tipo de comida y pues por la misma razón no pude alimentarme tan saludable asi que este primer reto lo hice así casi las 3 últimas semanas :-o
Pero aquí estoy lista para tomar mi segundo reto.
Yo estuve tomando:
*en ayunas el Yor probiotics ultra con un vaso de agua y 2 gotas de aceite de limón
*después como desayuno el Yor súper Greens licuado con manzana, pepino, apio y betavel.
*Un almuerzo regular bajo en grasa y una pastilla de Yor digest ultra
*una comida regular baja en grasas igual con una pastilla Yor digest ultra
*de cena una malteada Yor Shake
*y para dormir un vaso de agua con 2 gotas de aceite de toronja y una gota de aceite de menta
Por la razón de mi operación no pude hacer nada de ejercicio pero aún así estoy muy contenta con los resultados..
