Hola que tal !!!

Mi nombre David Duran Segoviano de Monterrey Mexico
tengo 32 años , y les cuento como me fue en el reto

Mi peso inicial fue de 71 kilos y mi meta eran 68 kilos y me pase un
poco llegue a 67.5 kilos

La verdad estoy muy contento con el resultado de mi reto ,
ya me había dejado un poco que aunque muchas veces dicen tu que
bajas de peso,porque con ropa puesta no se ve el poco o mucho sobrepeso que puedas llegar a tener entonces dije ya es hora de
meterme al reto me ayuda mucho en el comprometerme conmigo mismo
el iniciar algo y terminarlo y se que ingrese en la categoria de definir
y se que me falta mas para estar definido pero ahorita me inscribo al reto que sigue para mi he avanzado mucho y se que se puede mas :D

yo hago cross fit y tomo el complete burn y berry blast antes de ir a
ejercitarme después me tomo mi shake de chocolate :D entre comidas
me tomo el super greens y también en la tarde shake
