I have always been skinny. I’ve never had to diet to fit in a dress, or exercise to look good in my summer outfits. I’ve always been able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining a pound. I abused my luck living a very unhealthy lifestyle, avoiding fruits and vegetables, never exercising, and eating lots of junk food. As a result, I never really felt healthy, much less strong.

Early 2012 I decided I wanted to change this lifestyle; I thought –I’m getting older, I may not gain weight, but I sure am vulnerable to diseases-, so I started running; later in the year I began the workout program Insanity. I did feel better, but I lacked discipline; constantly skipping workouts, and still consuming big amounts of junk food. I ended up making exercise an excuse for my bad eating habits. Long story short, a year passed, yet I hadn’t been able to even complete the first month of workouts, and I still wasn’t getting the results I expected.

This is when my friend Alex posted his Challenge pictures on Facebook. He had already invited me to join, but my skepticism towards supplements made me decline his invitation several times. There’s a good reason why they say a picture is worth a thousand words; almost right after he posted his pictures, I contacted him telling him I wanted in.

So he advised me on which products to get according to my goals, and my pocket, and I ordered the MRP shakes, Yor BerryBlast and Yor Repair. Plus I decided to begin the Insanity program again as my workout for the Challenge. Furthermore I made an even bigger resolution: I would stop feeding my body with trash.

I want to be honest. Although I did feel the product’s effects in my body, I didn’t think these effects were as amazing as promised. Still, I did notice that these products, combined with my workout routine, and my improved eating habits, made me feel a lot better in a relatively short period of time.

I worked out six days a week, I haven’t had a burger or a soft drink since I begun this Challenge, and I stayed away from processed foods and GMO’s; instead I embraced organic fruits, vegetables, proteins and cereals. Best part of all is that it wasn’t even hard, I definitely do not miss McDonalds or Cokes, and my cravings now consist mainly of berries, avocados, almonds and such.

I wanted to sculpt my body and gain weight. I didn’t, I actually lost weight, still I did accomplish my goal. I feel a lot stronger and healthier than before. I like my body and the way it looks and feels, and I just want to keep this up, to continue loving it, taking care of it, maintaining it and enjoying it for as long as I live.

I have only to thank the Challenge for all, if I hadn’t made a formal decision, a public commitment; making all these changes would have been a lot more difficult. I started this Challenge thinking it’d only be for two months, that I’d only work out like this for two months, or eat like this for two months. Today I know this is my lifestyle, and I definitely don’t want to go back. I’ve always been skinny, but now I can say I’m fit.
