Hello my name is Peter
I entered this challenge to better my health and also lose body fat and gain muscle mass and also to get into a healthier routine in life.

I started everyday with the same drink using Super greens with berry blast and fibre and take that drink to gym with me to give me the energy I need to get through my gym sessions and once at gym I take 3 super slims to help burn fat during my sessions. I went to gym 5 days a week twice a day and focused soley on weights, didn't incorporate much cardio but did a little bit here and there.

4 weeks into my challenge I took up boxing to help work on my cardio and fitness but also did some sessions with my mate who is a personal trainer at the gym I go to. After gym I would come home and have a protein shake with a couple of repair ultra pills.

For lunch I would have 2 digest pills as well as 3 essential vitamins and would do the same for dinner as well. If I had unhealthy food I would use 3-6 digest ultra pills instead of 2, and also have a probiotics and repair ultra when I am going to bed. If I am sore at all I use the USDA Organic Peppermint essential oil to help my muscle recover.

I tried to keep up this schedule for the entire 8 weeks.
