Hi Guys! This was my second cycle of the 8-Week Challenge. I did lose a few pounds but my main focus was to get toner and leaner and not so much lose pounds. I think I've definitely made progress!Since I started the challenges I've daily been using the Yor Shakes, Digest Ultra, Complete Burn and the Supergreens. I've also started the Yor Repair and the Super Slim as well recently. I love the fact that none of these have any negative side-effects and actually make me feel physically better. I work out anywhere from 3-5 days a week whether at the gym or at-home workouts, either way, staying active has definitely help me in my journey.

Once again, I can say that being part of this challenge has been the reason why I stay motivated and keep pushing to see what transformations I can make. With the support of my friends and some of the Yor family, I've been able to keep going and am still excited to see what's to come!
