Hola campeones, porque si ya acabaste el Reto ya somos Campeones!
En mi experiencia me siento muy felíz porque soy una persona que cada vez que iniciaba algo nuca lo acababa. Tenía muy malos hábitos alimenticios, comía siempre a deshoras, muy poco saludable y con las alarmitas que te van sonando en el movil es muy fácil llevar un buen hábito y ritmo alimenticio aunque uno ande ocupado. Éste es mi 6to reto que acabo y yo si me tomo todooo...
En la mañ en ayunas, me tomo 1 Probiótico y 1 Repair con 1 vaso de agua.
Sólo cuando entreno tomo 2 medidas de Muscle Energy con 15Onz de agua.
Colación media mañ, 2 medidas de YOR Shake, con 1 medida de Fiber Plus, 1 medida de Super Greens y 2 Gotas de AE de Limón ó Naranja.
Con cada comida de almuerzo y cena, tomo 2 Vitaminas y 1 Enzima Digestiva.
Colación media tarde cuando siento que ya me falta un poco de energía tomo 1 Berry Blast con Menta ó Limón.
Estoy muy Felíz de haber acabado un nuevo Reto, éste si espero Ganarlo y así poder seguir Incentivando a más personas a animarse a iniciar su Reto para mejorar su Salud y obtener lo que yo le llamo "ESTILO DE VIDA" ...
