I have been using the products for quite some time now and also started using the essential oils also.
This is my second challenge to date and this was the most difficult to date! I started this challenge because of a broken arm that I sustained in a footy match earlier this year. Since breaking my arm I was very limited physically therefore couldn't stay on track for some time which lead to putting a few extra kilos on. I was very limited in my physical activity when starting this challenge so I just stuck to cardio activity in training and playing footy (two nights a week training and one day game). The surgeon said no weight bearing activities! So just aerobic exercise, great nutrition and self development. I have loved every moment of the challenge and am confident in myself not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.
