When was the last time that you challenged yourself? When did you last sit down to write down your flaws and made up a plan on how to develope yourselfe and get better. Thats what I did this summer. I focused on me, on my personal flaws, less appealing sides, and how to become a better person. I took help from my friends and myself, as we talked and structured up alternative options.
You are never a perfect humanbeing, and until you realise that, you will stand still on the same level, for the rest of your life. Your negative sides are often connected to fear. Fear of failing? Everything you do is better than what you dont do. So get up and look yourself in the mirror and visualize your future self, inside and out.
Thats what I did. One of my biggest challenges this summer was my workout plan. I promised myself not to "take a break", give up, or treat myself all the time. It has been hard, tough, painful, but mostly fun, rewarding, inspiring and developing. I worked out 11-12 times/ week, and my goal was to work out twice/day.
I understood that: "IT" will work out, YOU will make it work. Im far from done but Im happy with the start. YOR Body Challenge definitely helped me to get an extra kick and extra motivation. Ill be happy to join it again. YOR Health products also helped me along the way. This is how I used the products:
*Mornings:
1 bag of Berry Blas
1 bag of SuperGreens
1 bag of Fiberplus
+ 1-2 drops of Bare Olis lemon oil. Mix it all together.

*30-60 mins after the shake:
2 Super slim
2 Essentials Vitamins
*After my morning workout:
2,5 cups of Yor Shake (mix with water) + 1 drop of Bare Oils peppermint.

1 h after.... 2 Superslim

* Dinner (after my afternoon workout):

A dinner based on protein and vegetables.

I also used Bare Oils Eucalyptus when i was working out. And Bare Oils Lavendel before sleeping.

Im far from done, but closer than yesterday. My dreams are bigger than my excuses.
