Hola a todos!!!
Inicié el ciclo del reto con toda la emoción de ver que tanto podía conseguir en esta ocasión. Sin embargo, después de dos semanas tuve un problema de salud y me descubrieron un par de condiciones en el corazón y una tercera que tiene que ver con la circulación y el sistema nervioso. Sin embargo el hecho de cuidar mi salud, tomar mis suplementos constantemente y hacer ejercicio, hicieron que el problema fuera lo mas leve posible. Pude regresar a hacer ejercicio y a pesar de que solo tuve prácticamente 4 semanas, estoy muy contento porque aun puedo seguir una vida prácticamente normal y mejorar mi cuerpo de manera saludable.
