My Best Body Challenge was a little out of the ordinary.
As you can see I don't look dramatically different and have actually gained two pounds. The testimony I have gained throughout this challenge is simple...Yor Health products help me maintain and I LOVE them for it!!
I take all the products daily as directed. I ran two marathons over the last year. They were my first marathons and I was motivated to do the first after beginning the incredible Yor products for the first time. My first marathon was fast enough to qualify for Boston so of course I went. After Boston I started my 8 week challenge. I was a little burned out from months and months of training and actually worked out rarely throughout the challenge. Although I was no longer training I was still eating like I was!!! I love these products because I was able to maintain my weight. If I ever felt that I was gaining I could replace two meals instead of one for a few days and be back on track. Above all else, I am incredibly healthy and that feels great.
I didn't hit my goal weight but I couldn't be more happy with the fact that my weight doesn't have to yo-yo anymore! I can easily maintain!
