Hola! Me siento muy contenta terminar un Reto mas. A mi me mantiene enfocada en mi tomar lo sproductos a las horas y haciendo ejercicio. Los productos que tomo son: Reparador y probióticos en ayunas; malteada antes o después de correr. Si me siento baja de energía un Berry Blast o Super Greens me ayudan a recuperarme. A la hora de la comida y cena Digest Ultra y vitaminas.
Me siento muy contenta ver como se ha ido transformando mi cuerpo. yo era de las personas que creía que el cuerpo se definía con entrenamiento especial y rutinas agotadoras. Disfruto mucho correr y no me imaginaba que a la edad que tengo pudiera tener tanta energía. Creo que todo lo que he logrado es por la nutrición que le doy diario a mi cuerpo.
