Hola que tal, soy Tomas de Durango,Mx. tengo 29 años. Hace algunos meses decidi reactivar mi acondicionamiento fisico realizando trabajo en gimnasio especificamente pesas y poco de cardio, sin embargo con el paso de los meses no era muy significativo el cambio en mi aspecto fisico ya que me sentia un poco mas fuerte pero sin obaservar cambios de musculatura y masa corporal por lo cual decidi formar parte del reto YOR.
Complementando a mi rutina de gym de aproximadamente 2 hrs, 5 dias por semana consumia los Suplementos YOR de la siguiente manera
- 1 capsula probiotics en ayunas
- 2 medidas de Muscle energy durante el entrenamiento (6-8 am en su mayoria, o bien entre 7 y 11pm cuando no entrenaba por la mañana)
- 2 medidas de Yor shake por la mañana y 1 medida de yor shake por la tarde noche
- a media mañana tomaba 1 medida de super greens combinada y un sobre de berry blast
- Digest tomaba 1 capsula antes de los alimentos solamente a la hora de comida
- antes de dormir tomaba 1 capsula de repair para ayudar a la reparacion des musculo y tejidos.
Cuando inicie con el consumo de los suplementos YOR me sentia mas reanimado animicamente y con mas vitalidad, sin dejar de mencionar que se comienzan a ver resultados en poco tiempo.
Resultados aumento 1.5 cm en brazo y 4.5 cm pecho- espalda, reduciendo en abdomen 5 cm y 1.8 kg de peso.
