Cycle 2 completed!!! :) This challenge my starting weight was 126lbs. My goal for this challenge was to get down to 120lbs. I managed to do that within my first two weeks! I was so excited that I bumped my goal to 115lbs. I didn't reach that goal, but did notice that I was able to build more muscle and definition. I made the effort to enter more journal entries which kept me more mission conscious during the challenge. I found it a great way to express myself. In one of my journal entries i talk about my goal for the challenge which is to really push myself to get to the healthiest and fittest me so that i can be an example for women, whether i know them or not, and really show that women can get fit and scultped. I have a lot of close friends and family that find it hard to believe they can do it. This year i started a video blog with my friend Melissa to help support her in her efforts to lose 100lbs. It has inspired me to continue working towards becoming healthier and more fit and of course the 8 week challenge has been a great system to help me show my progress 8 weeks at a time. :) ... My schedule has gotten a bit busier but the goal is 3 workouts per week. I use the whole line of products but i feel the main contributing products that have helped me stay consistent on the challenge are the YOR shake, Repair, and Supergreens. I take my shake in the morning, as a snack before i leave work and post workout. I take the Repair in the morning, before and after workouts. The Supergreens i take at least once a day. I felt the most benefit from these three products especially. The shake fills me up and gets me the extra added healthy meals to my day, the Repair helps me to recover from soreness faster (i feel unstoppable with it!) And the Supergreens helps me to feel light on my feet and has been helping to cleanse my body and help give my skin a nice healthy glow. Cycle 2 is done, but I'm ready for #3!!
