inicié con un peso de 92 kg. y durante los dos meses que tardó el reto logre perder 4 kg. por lo que actualmente mi peso es de 88 kilogramos.
los productos que utilicé fueron los que incluye el paquete adelgazar, que son las malteadas, probiotics, yor digest y super greens.
Estos productos los tomé de acuerdo a las recomendaciones que traen los mismos productos y una guía que me enviaron junto con ellos.
Durante este tiempo hice ejercicio de 40 minutos 3 o 4 veces por semana.
al principio lo más dificil fue adaptarme a desayunar y cenar solo la malteada. Después fue acostumbrarme a hacer ejercicio ya que llevaba una vida totalmente sedentaria. en la segunda semana empece a notar cambios, me sentía más ligera, con mas energía y mi sistema digestivo se regularizo.
