Hola comunidad, buen dia!

En otro cierre de ciclo y con cierta mejoría, en todas mis mediciones lo que pude mejorar fue bajar 3 cm de cintura.

Desafortunadamente me faltó ejercitarme más a conciencia para llegar a mi meta pero lo que me hizo conservar la masa muscular fue que no deje mi Yor Shake, una gota de AE de limón y probiotico al despertar, Super Greens a media mañana, vitaminas y enzimas en las comidas y reparador antes de dormir.

Esta ocasión solo logre aumentar 1 kg de peso de los 2.5, porque los últimos 20 días ya no hice el ejercicio necesario por algunos problemas de salud, en el próximo ciclo me enfocaré con mis aceites para estar en capacidad.
