En este reto se me presentaron unas dificultades, debido a que tuve que hacer varios viajes en los cuales no tuve una buena alimentación
Sin embargo, en toda comida estuve tomando el Digest Ultra
Para todos los demás días que no estuve de viaje tomaba un YOR Shake al día, o por la mañana o por la noche de lunes a a viernes
A medio día tomaba un súper greens con aceite de limón
Al final del reto a pesar de mi mala alimentación baje un kg
