First off - I love the challenge! It has taken my fitness to the next level. I've been working out for over a decade, but have never in my life been this obsessed and committed to my health and fitness. I basically use the entire product line - 2 mrp's a day, digest ultra, supergreens, vitamins, berry blast, and the fiber on a daily basis whether I work out or not. I exercise 5 times a week on average. I believe using the entire Yor Health product line is directly correlated to the results I've been able to achieve.

Secondly, the challenge has given me extra motivation to stay consistent to a work out, but more importantly it has pushed me to go out of my comfort zone to increase my athletic ability and physique. Being involved with the Best Body Challenge gives me the drive to go past my physical limits and raises my lid mentally on what I want to achieve in the future.

Thirdly, the challenge has helped push me to inspire others to go after more when it comes to their fitness. Not just to get bigger, faster, stronger, but to change daily habits to work towards an overall healthier lifestyle. This is something that means a lot to me, because I love being able to positively effect other people's lives. Thanks to the Yor Health product line and challenge I can continue to inspire people, help people believe more in themselves, and help others get healthier so they can live happier.
