Hello everyone!

What a fun and challenging experience this has been for me. I failed so many challenges or rather never posted my result because of my self esteem. What made this challenge different for me was that i was eating unhealthy and because of that i started to have health issue such as acne, digestive problems, and low self esteem. I was naive at first thinking that i'll get good looking body and gain confidence because of that but once i hit the gym it was hard. I didnt know how to properly trained, thanks to my friend and the team i was able to go to the gym . I learned that you have to learn to have confidence before you have confidence. Thanks to a good eating habit, yh products, and especially the bare oils for helping my diet and overall skin issues.Thanks to the products and the 8 week challenge for giving me some many lessons and making me feel great.

Morning wake up 2 probiotics and repair then 45 min later 2-3 scoops of yor shake
Lunch 2-4 digest 4 vitamin
Dinner 2-4 digest 4 vitamin
1 hour after dinner supergreen and fiber

Gym 2-3 scoops of muscle energy
