2 complete burns before my morning run/workout

I tried my best to exercise everyday even if its 15 minutes. But on average I worked out about 4 days a week.

When i moved to Miami a month ago I expected my health to get better right away. Unfortunately thats not the case, each day is different. Some days I feel like a million bucks, with tons of energy and ready to take on the world while on other days i can barely get myself up.
