hola! soy Rosa maria me encanta inscribirme en el reto de yor best body, me motiva a ser mejor conmigo, aprendo a saber lo que es bueno para mi cuerpo y lo que no es.
éste es mi tercer reto terminado con éxito, puedo ver mis fotos del antes y el despues y me doy cuenta de los cambios, asi puedo presumir que si se puede.
en esta ocacion acompañe mi nutrición con días de gimnacio y con yoga, tres dias a la semana.
