68-65.2 Mi peso inicial era de 68 kg, tenia como meta el peso de 63 kg pero note que mi grasa bajo bastante y mis músculos se tonificaron así que no estuvo del todo mal tener un peso actual de 65.2 kg pero mantener un buen tono muscular.

Los productos que utilice fueron los de paquete adelgaza, tomaba mis probioticos por la mañana y mas tarde tomaba mi MRP antes de irme a entrenar, posteriormente desayunaba y en la hora de la comida tomaba mis enzimas digestivas, mas tarde tocaba mi segundo entrenamiento y tomaba mis berryblast para tener una correcta energía y dar todo, para finalizar mi día solo tomaba mi Yor MRP para la cena y listo.

Sin duda estos productos son de excelente calidad y se ven fácilmente en los resultados, muchas gracias yorhealth y a las personas que me invitaron a ser parte de este reto de 8 semanas, sin duda una experiencia que quiero volver a repetir.
