Confieso que cuando mis amigos me platicaron del reto pensé " esto no es para mi" . Siempre he tenido altos y bajos en mi peso y pensé que tal ves intentarlo una vez no me triaría más que nuevas frustraciones. Para mi sorpresa, este reto de 8 semanas ha traído nuevos retos que poco han poco han comenzado a formar parte e mi estilo de mi vida: hacer ejercicio una hora diaria ( ya es casi vital para mi) , tomar agua, comer saludablemente y el combinar en mi plan nutricional todos los días los productos de yorhealth ha traído energía , vitalidad y un totalmente nuevo y recargado sistema digestivo.
Al despertar me tomo 1 YOR repair ultra en ayunas. En seguida la YOR shake con fruta , agua y fibra. A media mañana 1 porción de súper Greens con agua de limón , o jugo de naranja natural. A la hora de la comida 1 digest ultra con bastante agua.. A media tarde 1 berry blast y por la noche 1 porción de YOR shake con agua y hielos.
Trato de hacer ejercicio 5 días a la semana y si se puede un poco más.
