Hi there everyone this is vichai. I started in the 8 week challege because I am a coach myself and I need to be in good top shape to be able to move around with my players. I am now 176 was starting at 220lbs. By using yorhealth product I was able to have a big change for my live. I am now able to do the things I was never able to do. As like running 4 mile without stopping. I love this new change. I feel more alive then before. I love the way I look right now but there still more to go.
