Estoy feliz con los resultados baje 1.5kg subi 2%de masa corporal y baje 5%de grasa esto no lo hubiera
Logrado sin los suplementos y aceites esenciales.
Estoy muy emocionada y infinitamente agradecida con la plataforma del reto porque me ha ayudado a mantenerme y a inspirarme a seguirme cuidando no cabe duda que siempre se puede estar mejor y sacar la mejor versión de uno mismo; siendo sincera yo no creía que podía tener este cuerpo y esto tenia que ver con mi autoestima, el reto ha impactado mi vida como fisicamente y emocionalmente, me siento de maravilla ya no me enfermo tan seguido, estoy activa, energetica, rindo mi dia al 100% y todo esto con la ayuda del supergreen y probioticos en las mañanas, digest en la comida y malteada y fibra en la cena.
