Hola tengo 25 años, decidí unirme al reto porque no me sentía cómoda con mi cuerpo y energía, estaba cansada y de mal humor porque mi ropa ya no me quedaba igual.
Me di cuenta que no podía ser disciplinada en algunas áreas de mi vida y en otras no así que empecé a hacer pequeños hábitos positivos diarios.

Mi régimen y hábitos son los siguientes:
En ayunas, una medida de súper greens con una gota de aceite esencial de limon y una cápsula de Yor Shape.

Después de hacer 30mins de ejercicio en mi casa, 5 veces a la semana me tomo mi Yor Shake o mi great protein

A la hora de la comida me tomo 1 o 2 enzimas digestivas dependiente el tiempo de comida

En la tarde me tomo junto con mi snack, un berry Blast.

Antes de dormir me tomo otra capsula de Yor Shape.

Estoy feliz con mis resultados pero no satisfecha, baje 3kg y lo mejor es que baje una talla, era talla 7 ahora soy talla 5, estoy lista para seguir mejorando mis hábitos e inscribirme a un nuevo reto.
