This is my second 8 week challenge. I have really enjoyed this life change and i can slowly see the results. I know this is a long road and the changes i make now will benifit my family and myself for years to come. Not only do i want to change my life but i want to teach my children about health and nutrition so that their lives will be enriched and full of health as they grow.
I have continued to use all of the Yor health products for example, mrp with supergreens berry blast and fiber all mixed together and as it gets closer to the california annual event I have decided to use the meal replacements twice a day for optimal weight loss. I combine this with serves of protien, fruit and vegetables through out my day. I complete 4 bootcamps a week at 5am and try to walk or use my cross trainer at least twice a week. I always give my body a break once a week usually on a sunday.
I am very excited to say that i have booked my flights to california for the annual event and my goal is to be up on the big stage and win a place in the final best body competition.
