What doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you! That's what I had to keep in mind when I entered this 8 week challenge. I've done a few challenges before, and with every cycle, my body has improved. I wasn't sure if I was going to enter this cycle because there was Vegas and Cancun right around the corner. I decided to enter because I wanted the challenge. I knew it would be a great challenge to maintain and improve my body during a vacation period. I am happy with the results of this 8 week challenge because I was still able to have a great trip to Vegas and Cancun, while still improving my body.

I ate 2-3 times a day with Digest Enzymes with every meal. I would also drink YOR Shake with fiber and super greens about 2-3 times a day as well. Before bed each night, I took 2 probiotics to keep my digestive system clean and regular. I normally did cardio 30-40 minutes a day on a stair master, and another 30-40 mins of resistance training afterwards.

The challenge has given me a lifestyle that I enjoy and a body that I can be proud of.
