Hi my name is Dimitrios (James) Filippou and I'm 23 yr old Greek Australian
I am an accountant by trade and currently engaged.
I have been training for over 4 years and have gained some decent muscle in my time but recently have let it go due to back injury of 2 slipped dics and a knee reconstruction.
I currently work a 45 hour week and sometimes overtime on Saturdays.
I'm back here to make a change
I'm currently 110kgs and looking to drop down to the 100 mark but looking nice and sculpted and shredded.
I aspire to be the best I can be always working towards goals getting motivated by the late Greg Plitt
