Yo comencé en el reto porque no lograba tener la figura que deseaba... por más que hacía ejercicio mi abdomen no se marcaba... me encontraba en un estado en el que mi cuerpo no reaccionaba al ejercicio.. Al comenzar el reto comencé a ver resultados.. Al despertar me tomaba un probiotico, desayunaba y tomaba YOR berry blast para que me diera energía, e iba a entrenar (entreno 6 días por semana), al terminar mi entrenamiento tomaba YOR shake para darle a mis músculos la proteína que necesitaba. En el almuerzo tomaba YOR digest ultra para absorber mejor los alimentos. YOR essential vitamin lo tomaba con la merienda de la tarde y en la noche tomar YOR super green...
