My name is Lilly Ramirez. I'm a 29 year old female, registered nurse and a busy mother of one amazing 13 year old boy. I joined YOR Health about three months ago. As I was going through my bucket list I noticed one of my goals was to compete in a bodybuilding completion. I had other goals as well to get toned and feel more energetic. I started eight weeks ago with lifting weights, cardio and a nutrition program which included YOR health products. I compete in my first bikini competition in San Antonio on October 22, 2016. During the last eight weeks my regime has been taking the multivitamin with enzymes x2, 1 scoop of muscle recovery prior to working out, 2 scoops on chocolate protein shake after working out, 2 scoops greens, probiotic X1 before bedtime, X1 berry blast mid day and I just added the slim x 4 capsules a day to shed down for the competition. I workout 5-6 times a week with lifting and cardio workouts. Before I started taking YOR Health products I felt tired and had low energy.
