Este fue mi ciclo número 11 de reto.
Como en los anteriores mis productos base fueron el YOR MRP, Supergreens, YOR Digest y Berry Blast, los que me tomé de acuerdo al régimen. Además todas las mañanas tomaba una gota de AE de limón para desintoxicar mi cuerpo. Durante las últimas 3 semanas también empecé a usar la Great Protein y el Great Greens.

Me ejercité de 5 a 6 veces por semana 1 hora de pesas y cardio al final de mi rutina de 30 a 40 min a diferentes intensidades. Hacía ejercicios abdominales de 2 a 3 veces por semana.

Para mí este reto fue un verdadero reto ya que a la mitad del reto comencé a trabajar de tiempo completo, por lo que ejercitarme no fue tan fácil por lo inactiva que estaba durante mis 8 horas y media de trabajo y el encontrar el tiempo para hacerlo, así como el mantener una buena alimentación y organizarme para poder preparar mis comidas con anticipación y mantener los buenos hábitos que he adquirido a lo largo de los demás ciclos.
