The eight week best body challenge was exactly the push I needed to take control of my life once again.
Losing motivation for most aspects in life, making the commitment to get fit and healthy helped me to not only get my body back in top physical condition but also regain my passion for health and wellbeing.
Before the challenge, I was so unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I would take hours just deciding what to wear because I hated the way I looked in everything (not a good way to start the day!). I was also tired and couldn't find the energy to go to the gym, make an effort at work or have a social life.
After the challenge, I'm so much happier with the way I look and feel. I go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week, I say yes to more opportunities at work and make more of an effort to get out and enjoy myself. Most importantly though, my head is clear, no more bloating after meals, I sleep better at night and have much quicker recovery time at the gym!
I'm not quite at my goal yet, looking to tone up even more but others have started noticed my progress which makes me even prouder of how far I've come!
I started each day with super greens and two repairs, had my digest throughout the day and ended the day with more repair and the probiotic!
The community the challenge brings has given me the motivation to be fitter, healthier and happier!
