Hello my name is Sofía Ramírez, Im from Costa Rica. I can say the Best Body Challenge changed my life. I started the challenge weighting 56.6 kg (124,5 pounds) and ended it weighting 46 kg (101,2), I,ve lost 23,3 pounds with this change of my lifestyle. When I stared I was in a depression because of problems at work and a lot o stress. While the depression I gained 25 pounds and I tried everything to lose it (diet, exercise, pills) and didn´t see any results.
My day now stars with a glass of warm water with a drop of YOR lemon essential oil, Yor Probiotics Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins, then I take my breakfast (2 eggs with a whole grain toast), then at morning snack I drink my supergreens with yor berry blast and yor fiber Ultra, then I have a regular lunche with vegetables, rice and chicken or salmon, and at the end of my day I take YOR Shake (it’s delicious).
I also exercise 1.5 hours 5 times a week.
