Me siento contento de haber terminado este reto de 8 semanas, me siento en la mejor forma que he estado, cuando comencé el reto sentía mi cuerpo preparado para rendir en el ejercicio y así fue, gracias a los suplementos premium. Al despertar tomaba mis Probioticos 30 min después el Supergreens y mis vitaminas, antes de iniciar mi rutina mi proteína de vainilla, durante la rutina el muscle energy, para antes de comer el shape y en la comida el digest.
