Hello, everyone!
My name is Mai, and I am a mother of 2. I work full-time and have a very busy schedule. I love to cook and of course eat! Because of that, I’ve gained a great amount of weight in my mid-section.
I’ve decided to take the YOR Best Body Challenge because I’ve been very unhappy with myself. I’ve noticed a lack of energy, overeating, and losing interest in my daily tasks. One of my biggest challenges I've faced is a health condition I've struggled with throughout my life. Prior to getting involved, I was reluctant and concerned that my body would reject the YOR Health product line.
I was very unhappy about my body before, but after being on the 8-Week Challenge, and having the support of my sponsor, I have been able to regain my confidence! I went from 101 lbs. to now 97 lbs., and have seen a tremendous difference in my energy level, not to mention the big difference in my mid-section! I can wake up in the morning feeling amazing, and being about to go about doing the things I love, and being able to spend time with my two kids. That's truly the most important thing to me.
While I was on my challenge, these were the products I used: YOR Chocolate Shakes, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Super Slim, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Berry Blast, and YOR Repair. I exercised at least 3 days a week for about 1-2 hours. My workout routine was a mix between cardio and weight-training sessions.
I am extremely thankful that I've completed my first 8 Week Challenge, and look forward to the next one! Overall the challenge has helped me realize how unhealthy I was. I am not fully at where I'd like to be physically, but I know I am going in the right direction, and look forward to continuing to transform my body!
