Baje 4 kilos y estoy muy contento, sigo mejorando mi salud, mantengo controlada mi hipertension arterial y he bajado de peso.
El régimen de ingesta de los suplementos es al iniciar mi yor shake(2) con 2 de shape, 2 de vitaminas, 1 probiotico y 1 repair. A las 11 horas 1 super greens, a las 13:00 horas 2 de shape yla comida a las 14:00 horas con 2 digest y 2 vitaminas, por la tarde a las 17:00 2 de shape y a las 18:00 comida con 2 digest y 2 de vitaminas, por la noche 2 shake y 1 repair
En cuanto a ejercicio me ejercito 3 veces a la semana durante 1 hora durante el 1er mes.
En 1 litro de agua ponía aceites esenciales de jengibre, toronja, limón y menta y la consumía durante todo el día.
En terminos generales he utilzido todos los aceites para atender diversas situaciones y estoy muy agradecido con ellos.
