Hello,
The reason I decided to take the challenge was to test myself and to see how much the products worked. My goal was too loose some belly fat and I am happy with the results so far.
I did not change my routine other than adding the products to my regimen.
Before the challenge, I thought I had a pretty good routine;however, I was still not getting the results I wanted.
After the challenge, I definitely feel lighter and slimmer and since I have started this journey, I have never in this good shape my whole life.
My routine was as to take a probiotic and repair in the morning, followed by Super greens with a drop of pink grapefruit, and 2 super slims about 30 minutes later.
For breakfast, I would have some nuts and a Yor MRP.
Right before lunch, I would take Super greens and 2 super slims. For lunch, I would take 2 Digest enzymes with my lunch as well.
About 2 and half hours later I would take a Yor MRP. 2 hours after that, I would make a fruit/veggie shake with MRP prior to my work out. After the work out I would consume another MRP, and have dinner with 2 digestive enzymes. At the end of the night I would take a repair enzyme.
I work out routine was full body work out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Light cardio on Saturdays and rest on Sundays.
Overall, I am very happy with the way I feel and look. I started weighing in at 170lbs, and have lost 11lbs, so I am at 159lbs and have maintained that loss. My plan was to keep the same weight, but I guess I had more fat than I thought..lol. This is my first challenge, so I am excited to start my second one. Coming out of this, I feel more energetic, lighter, healthier, and Happier! =)
