Tengo 45 años de edad, es mi segundo reto y los resultados que tuve con el primer reto fueron increíbles, baje la “grasa” que tenía acumulada y logré bajar de peso y tallas. Al principio sentía que había bajado mucho pero al inscribirme en el segundo reto, quería conseguir más masa muscular lo cual logré y me siento satisfecho con los logros alcanzados hasta el momento.


Inicié este segundo reto pesando 69 Kg y actualmente peso 71 Kg donde me siento muy bien con la masa corporal que he alcanzado.

Al despertar tomo una capsula de pro bióticos y una de YOR Repair, antes del entrenamiento tomo dos medidas de shake y Berry blast durante el entrenamiento, al finalizar tomo dos medidas de YOR Muscle y dos medidas de shake.
