This 8 week challenge came with a lot of challenges for sure but I'm so happy that I entered! This was my second one that I entered and I after not winning the first time I really disappointed and slipped into bad habits. I stopped taking care of my body like I was once was before and was eating really bad. I knew it was time to get back in the 8 week challenge. Since the day I was introduced to the YOR Health product line it has completely changed my life. I couldn't thank Dennis Wong and the doctor's who helped develop them especially being someone who struggled with his health as a early child. My best advice for anyone looking to join the challenge is to use the entire YOR product line with 2 YOR shakes a day for sure. My starting weight when I entered the challenge was 166 lbs and through good eating habits, exercising around 4 times a week with a 40+ hour work schedule, and being consistent on my products I was able to not just hit my goal of 170 lbs but SURPASS it and get to 171 lbs! I'm so proud of myself for pushing thru it even when I had to miss a week of workouts due to an abdominal strain. Looking forward to helping my friends and family accomplish their dream bodies as well. Thank you YOR Health! :)
