Quienes me conocen de tiempo saben que siempre he tenido pompa, de hecho cuando estuve muy gordita se notaba mas. Hace aproximadamente dos años perdí músculo en pompa debido a exceso de ejercicio y una mala alimentación.
Afortunadamente con YOR pude bajar de talla 14 a 4. Talla que conservé por dos años. Mis pompis no las había recuperado ya que al no alimentarme como se debía y hacer demasiado ejercicio pesado me llevé músculo además de grasa y YOR me ayudó a conservar lo que quedaba.
