Hello Everyone! My name is Carina and I just finished the best 8 week challenge I’ve ever done! I have been on the supplements for a while now but I recently had a trip overseas for 4 months where I couldn’t take any with me!

It was crazy to feel the difference from being healthy and getting my daily nutrients to then going off my supps and trying to do the same things without them. Within the first week I started to feel tired again then I started sleeping more, feeling lethargic and lazy. The bloating was awful, it never went away and I felt so heavy! The extra weight I gained didn’t really bother me but the way I felt - physically and emotionally - had dramatically changed and just completely brought me down.

As I was feeling better my mood improved and I was a lot more animated which made all the difference!

I’ve now been doing the cleanse for 8 weeks and there’s no way I’m going back to 3 meals a day. 2 nutritious meals with the supplements is everything I need and the results just keep getting better. Finally a simple eating plan with sustainable results!! :D
